Formerly Vice President NY and Caribbean Specialist with Halstead Property, LLC, and Director of International Properties with Atco Residential, Grace is a native New Yorker. Educated in the U.S. and abroad, she earned her doctorate from Columbia University. Her specialization in Manhattan includes, but is not limited to, the luxury residential market and the sale and purchase of all-cash properties. In addition, outside the U.S. Grace specializes in the sale and purchase of luxury residential homes, commercial properties, unique properties, new development, and pre-development projects in the Caribbean; her current focus is Belize and the Turks & Caicos Islands.
